Abiodun FIJABI, who leads the team at Lord Princely Associates Limited, obtained undergraduate and graduate degrees of Obafemi Awolowo University and the University of Lagos respectively in the early eighties. He was a University scholar and an academic award winner. He has worked at the top management levels of two multinational corporations in Nigeria. He was a recipient of the Outstanding Young Persons’ Award of the Jaycees International. He is a trainer, public speaker, entrepreneur, public affairs analyst, and writer. He is the founder of a leadership academy for secondary school age children. His daily radio programme – Leading Right – has become a source of inspiration to millions of people. He also founded Highflyers Nigeria – a platform for developing the leadership capacities of young Nigerians. He is a senior faculty of the Atlanta-based Haggai International that advances leadership skills of leaders from the developing world. He has been involved in training leaders and organizations in four continents of the world
